Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password you can set a new one in the Hub. Only admin users or users with the specific permission can reset your password.

Go to https://hub.webfactory.co.uk
Click 'Enter' next to the domain and email product your email account belongs to.
Click into 'Email accounts'.
Click the 'Change password' button next to the email account you wish to change the password for.

If you do not see the option to change the password then you probably do not have required permissions.
